As far as I know - only the CONGRESS can remove a sitting President...
He can not even be charged of crimes - while in office. because he actually is the TOP COP - and could dismiss the charges... Further, bringing law suites against a President personally would just be the tool the opposition used to frivolously burn up his time...
The Democrats do this ALL THE TIME TO REPUBLICANS.... they did not charge Trump directly... but every single EO Trump signed, 100% - were challenged in court by deep pocket liberals - to try to stop Trump and MAGA as much as possible.
Although - it is possible the Supreme Court could invalidate the election... perhaps force a second election....

A forced 2nd election should have happened. It still disgusts me beyond belief that this is allowed to stand as is.
