Lmao SCOTUS is fucking useless. There is no law or order anymore. Even if you presented 100% verifiable evidence with a witness testimony from every single individual on exactly how they committed election Fraud along with all the numbers and algorithms with timestamps...

They wouldn't do anything. Probably just dismiss it.

Give estrogen to your 2 year old son though!? BOY HOWDY YOU BET YOUR ASS THEY'LL PASS THAT SHIT!

KEK I feel like the leftist playbook is taken out of an episode of captain underpants. So predictable. No imagination.

This just sounds childish. No evidence has yet to be considered. Good at evading all responsibility, sure. But no evidence has been ignored or deboonked in court.

I was just wondering that too. Do they throw it out because it's over? Or do they go to trial, Trump wins, but there is no resolution other than "Trump won bigly."

If trump wins Pennsylvania due to this case, and maricopa (Az) due to audit, he's almost got the election.

Don't forget the Michigan Judge in the Antrim County Case has been good. SOS and state officials were ordered to turn over all the contracts, communications, emails with Dominion. I believe once that is finished it should open up litigation to other jurisdictions Wayne County where the City of Detroit and the mother load of cheating went on.

There were more than this that are active but I didn't bookmark them they were on /r/DonaldTrump that is gone now. They are all still being litigated. The first one had a deadline for writ of certiorari filings today.

Donald J. Trump for President v. Boockvar et al. https://www.supremecourt.gov/search.aspx?filename=/docket/docketfiles/html/public/20-845.html

Joseph B. Scarnati, III, et al., Petitioners v. Pennsylvania Democratic Party, et al. https://www.supremecourt.gov/search.aspx?filename=/docket/docketfiles/html/public/20-574.html

Republican Party of Pennsylvania, Petitioner v. Kathy Boockvar, Secretary of Pennsylvania, et al. https://www.supremecourt.gov/search.aspx?filename=/docket/docketfiles/html/public/20-542.html

Wikipedia is full of twisted fake reportings but here's a list from there: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Post-election_lawsuits_related_to_the_2020_United_States_presidential_election

Distributed for conference 1/22/21

It’ll just be automatically denied if they didn’t take it up at their conference today

Explanation here

I think today was a conference day, where the justices talk amongst themselves about cases, nothing public, but it is still there on schedule. Even thought the PA act 77 shit was clearly unconstitutional, they will probably dismiss it as moot.

The petition responses for a writ of certiorari were due today. Not sure when they will actually be doing anything with it, if ever. The Supreme Court is cucked.

So, after commenting here earlier today w links of the 2 cases I could see hanging there on the scotus docket, I see they both say “distributed for conference on 1/22/21”

Wanted to know what that means... so here is a 2012 article that explains it. Basically few percentage of the cases that end up at their doorstep ever get looked at. They eventually go into a “conference” but only a very small percentage of those get heard that day.

If a case doesn’t get heard on the day of its designated conference, it’s automatically denied.

So that’s that. FUCK SCOTUS. We no longer have 3 working branches of government .
