I'd never actually harass someone, but she should be able to take a joke. I'm sure the photo is for laughs anyway. It's a disservice to raise a culture of snowflakes who never hear the truth just because their parent is famous.

The photo is probably from her facebook page so the dress code is what it is.
I just think that attention should be brought to evil doers not to someone that Fate put in the same building with a witch..
