YEARS AND YEARS IT HAS BEEN to try and get the Keystone XL pipeline through Trudeau's gauntlet of protesting pandering and environmental bureaucracy, but it was my understanding that finally ready to be built/is being built. Can Biden actually cancel it or is this just political theatre?
