I remember the plot of this movie. Is this the one where the Vice President threatens to withhold aid to another country that's a soft ally in the Partnership for Peace Program, while they're being invaded? Something like "If you don't fire the prosecutor investigating my crack smoking, minor fondling, son, you don't get your money!" or something along those lines. Great film. I can't remember if he got impeached over it though.
