There are still a ton of good, blue collar cops, but when their bosses look the other way on the crimes of a few and install all sorts of punishments and difficulties to those that do their jobs honorably I still feel for the folks trying to hold on, make a difference and serve for the benefit of the people. Just think of how many bullshit training courses exist from HR in the private sector and how they look the other way while a petty minority of the company's workers abuse the system and fuck over the other workers.
