As well, 9/11 occurred in the year 2000. The docket number begins with 99, meaning the case number (if real) was attached to a case that woujld have been adjudicated in the year 1999. Except that docket #s use the full year, so the docket number would have been 1999-CR-9920 (CR for criminal)
While this is clearly fake (why would someone have take the time to type all that out on a typewriter mystifies me) nonetheless it is helpful in a backward manner. It got me thinking: I am confident that Trump will not get his day in Court for an impeachment for two reasons. First, that would give Trump the grandest international stage upon which to prove that the election was a concocted fraud, meaning Rapist Joe Briben would be publicly called out for criminal usuperation. Second, it would prove that Pelosi, et al,. violated precedent and the Constitution as outlined in Marbury v. Madison, which is the case law referenced in the faked document.

This looks fake af. I couldn't see any lawyer or judge writing something like, "defendents should be hit with charges violating...."
Hit with charges? Doesn't seem how they would write up a legal document. Letter looks simple, no seal or address. Not proof but suspect.
