  1. That’s our money, why leave the coffers full to traitors.
  2. We know who many traitors are thanks to GEOTUS
  3. They have email lists and phone lists of Republican/Conservative supporters
  4. The Party is already established so it’s easier to get people in as the requirements for registering to run as an independent are more tedious. Well state dependent.
  5. GEOTUS hasn’t officially started a new party. I’m halfway expecting him too after he deals with this second impeachment bullshit.
  6. Stop giving money but start running instead

I agree that the two party system is not very good. I think an alternative would be to start different caucus groups within the party that hold more accountability towards specific goals.

  1. Run as a Republican then after elected, change party affiliation too independent.

You are a sane voice crying out in the wilderness of ignorance and hate. YES--shove out the RINOS, take over the party with all its assets, including mailing lists etc. Great post!

I think if you swapped after getting in maybe you could drag those votes over after the next election. Especially if your community or district likes the job you’re doing.

And yes there are Democrats and Republicans that would vote for Mickey Mouse if he were running for your party.

The difficulty is organizing conservatives. We like to be lone rangers and we don’t have a platform that isn’t being controlled by someone that wants us all dead and in camps

Fair points. People have been saying that for years. It never happens. Time to start fresh. Perhaps we don’t win the first couple times, but soon enough people will wake up

I think there is a strong motivation this time around. Many more people are activated politically in a long time. Especially on the Right.

You are correct, but let’s not fool ourselves: The American right has been politically active and votes. We took the house in the mid-terms in 2010 (or thereabouts), then the senate. Then the presidency. We won more legislatures under Obama and basically held them, we elected Trump, etc etc. We had the tea-party, a whole bunch of mandates we voted for and THE FUCKING REPUBLICANS DID NOTHING THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO. Meanwhile, they didn’t defend Trump or help him at all, they fought against him at every step of The way. Fuck them. People are more awake and active, but have been all along. It’s important to remember THEY HAVENT BEEN WINNING. They only win when they cheat.

You’re right about them cheating too win but we have a couple of problems.

  1. Mid-term turnout is way lower then during a presidential year.
  2. Ballot trail off kills us in smaller races. It’s crazy people get in, vote for the top 2 or 3 then turn in the ballot. If we had more ballots completed all the way down it would definitely help because those lowly little jobs sometimes lead to being in charge of elections.

I agree establishment Republicans are a major problem. We need too get rid of them for sure.

Perhaps with the way this election it would higher turnout, and that turnout would benefit this movement.

Quite possible if we can keep the energy. I’d love to see a hard push for term limits. I’d say 3 or 4 terms for house and 2 terms for senate.

Again, republicans have been saying it for years, have done nothing

You mean the uniparty Republicans. There are multiple ways for amendments. Maybe it’s time we pull out all the stops.

I think it’s important too that we all start focusing on more local elections too. We need to regain as many as possible.
For example, county clerk, they are often in charge of elections. They decide who works the polls. Every state is different so you’d have to be research on your state. For example every county that had cheating problems we need to get our people in there.

We also can’t memory hole these Republicans that fuck us over. Maybe push state legislatures for a recall option for rogue senators and representatives

Here in NH we did just that. Took over senate, house, and exec council (something unique to NH)
