The military stood down because it is not their job to overthrow a “duly” elected president. And I do not mean to say Biden is legitimate, cause the Dems cheated in 6 states hard. So because the case was never heard in court, the cheat was never proven in a court of law. The DOD removing Biden is basically the military picking and choosing sides, and they can’t do that. Otherwise what is to say the military overthrows a civilian government for bs reasons. That’s an equally bad precedent to what the Supreme Court did.
The best shot was to get a Federal court to take action, but they didn’t want to take up the case. The federal government came to a collective decision to just turn a blind eye to what state level Democrats and a couple RINOs did.
I never got an answer to this, but I heard that GOP in state legislatures wanted to decertify, but the governors would not allow special session to vote. Then I heard others say that the legislatures were not required to get permission to hold a special session. Seemed like there was a blame game going around to just run out the clock. Maybe best strategy from Trump would have been to get SCOTUS to rule over this special session permission issue, and at the very least we could have found out who was responsible for running out the clock.
That is probably due to pressure from the RNC. They don’t want Trump, and would prolly say to slow roll the process or risk losing support in future campaigns.
Maybe. It's a good point. The long game is the military would have been better off but they obviously can't figure that out. It's not like running illegal drug rings or anything...

Ah that makes sense. State members (maybe not all) put up a fake fight, but secretly toe the line with RNC because that's their funding. Makes sense.
It was the state level republican legislatures that allowed this. They had all the power to stop this and they refused.
If we have no petro dollar. What do we have? Ft knox is empty
That's what I figured.
Can someone be president - who is wanted in another country? Just asking for a friend.
The military didn't do anything. Its role is to stand there and hopefully stay out of it, curbing any violence but letting the civilians decide.

Are you talking about some Q conspiracy?
