Nice little scheme they’ve got there. If we didn’t buy Canadian oil thru the pipeline then the Canadians will sell it to the Japanese or other countries. The effect on the environment is the same. And they can’t tell us the worry is a leak. Pipelines are all over this country delivering refined gasoline across state lines and have proven to be very safe.
