Trump received more votes than any sitting President in U.S. history. His approval rating hit 51% a few days ago, in spite of everything they threw at him from election day to the inauguration. That includes a never ending barrage of anti Q headlines and stories.
In fact, I would almost guarantee you the Q phenomenon actually increased the size and enthusiasm of his base. I've personally spoken to several people, and seen numerous posters online, that very likely wouldn't have voted for him otherwise. Incidentally, they were also some of the most enthusiastic Trump supporters I've ever seen.
If that was it's goal, it didn't work.

It did demoralize those who followed Q. Now the silence from Q shows it was a LARP. All those bloggers and youtubers who made a living off Q . . . wow
But, as you said, it did not have the desired effect. And we remain solidly behind Trump and his future plans.
