I think what Tim Matheson (who?) is trying to say here is that immigrants need to learn to speak proper English or go back to whatever country they came from if they don't want people like Tim Matheson to mock their accent and/or broken English.

Is that about right? I can't ask him directly because I'm not on the sewer that is Twitter.
