When DJT got covid I sent 25 get well cards to the White House to counter act all the horrible posts he received. I had my family hand write personal messages in each. I used to email him every week at the White House and he sent me a beautiful Letter -someone else did actually for him but signed by him and the FLOTUS with photos of them.
