I think that max move to the upside is 4000 on the S&P 500, which is only a couple of hundred points away so I'll give it that move.
But, yeah the best down moves start with early warning signs like more selling days a week with late recoveries. Then selling in the overnight session with the day session struggling to stay up. Then more bear days than bull days. Then
maybe one last short squeeze rally and kaput it's week after week of blood in the streets.
