Just look at the House races back in November. They didn't win a single one, after expecting to sweep the board. Their power is very limited, and I'd say that if they hadn't succeeded in keeping the Green Party off the ballot in key states like PA, they would've lost the presidential race as well, despite all their fraudulent efforts.
Dominion was used in several of the house races they lost too. I'm not saying dominion isn't a problem, it needs to go, but plenty of places that theoretically could have cheated did not. Whether because of vigilant monitoring or better people or just not part of the plan,who knows.

I will go down saying that the Senate Race in Georgia was held over the Republican leadership to shut Trump off and accept the loss. When he didnt they just reversed the pact and took control.
