The register thing is legit. It's always posted them immediately, back to the Obama days, probably further. If the Fed is good at anything, it's record keeping. Bills, EOs, rarely see more than an overnight delay, or for Federal holidays, or over the weekend. There is no reason for his Eos not to be up by now, and I believe that it's Federal law, that they get posted ASAP - not that laws mean anything now.
The only thing I can think of, outside of what conspiracy.win is talking about (not going there), is they fired the person/team doing it, to fill it with a dem, and there's a backlog until they hire someone. Biden's people are complete fuck ups, so I wouldn't take anything off the table.
