Every single presser there is a sign language person, why? I’ve never seen this before. How come the GOP never uses them? Why can’t they use closed captioning in real time? Why not have a separate live stream for the deaf?

Purest example of a virtue signal. It does nothing, deaf people can certainly read subtitles, but it signals how "virtuous" they are publicly.
