So I know women only make 70 cents to every dollar a man makes, but I think it’s time we addressed the wage gap between men and the other 30+ genders as well. This is a conversation we need to have and now that Biden is president, I think it’s finally time we talked about it!

The real conversation is the wage gap between people working today, and people 10 years ago.
Nice joke post. The wage gap is real yes but sex/gender are only 1 part of the equation. Women earn less because they work less and are usually more committed to different career paths and some focus on being mothers and providers at home.
If they earn less because they work less, then there is no wage gap
One of the many reasons for it. Women aren't paid less because of gender alone. Either do all the research or stop pushing the myth that the wage gap exists because of sexism or the patriarchy.
