Gotcha. Well I’ll say this, if you’re selling your house for 1MM (or even less), you’re gonna LAUGH when you see what that gets you here. Depending where you go you could get hundreds of good acres. Or a mansion in a city if that’s what you want.
I hate big cities. I bought 20 acres of forestry land here to avoid people. But then the lots all around me were developed and I now have thousands of people around me. Most of them whining liberals that call the county sheriff everytime I shoot guns out here at the range on my property. He has to come out and say that a neighbor called but it looks like no one got shot so I can enjoy my day.
But yeah I've seen some of the prices. Quite refreshing. Definitely looking for acreage again.
