I did. There are other things reflected in the panels too. The biggest tell that it's a reflection? The image stops at the top of the panel.
I agree its a reflection 100% but what im saying is the reflection is coming from the other side of where Joe is being sworn in. I dont see a lady with a blue mask next to where the he is being sworn in.
