So states that violated the state's constitution just certified the unconstitutional electoral college. Clean sweep time.

Jury nullification is the way.

Yes, but if you say you're going to do it during jury selection, they'll throw you out.

Yup if it's a dumb law don't convict. That easy.

Feel free to tell that to a judge when you're arrested for anything you feel is "repugnant to the Constitution". I'm sure he'll listen.

Jury nullification is the way to get rid of these bullshit laws. If the government realizes they can't enforce them, then they won't bother. Citizens need to stand up and become ungovernable on certain issues. The moment any gun control for example was enacted, we should have resisted it and then it would have stopped.

I'm more pissed at Cruz for claiming Trump incited people, calling patriots Terrorists and all the rest.

Stop joining in the lefts narrative!

It doesn't impress anyone, nor does this 'hypocritical left' shit, what's needed is displays of disobedience and defiance by hundreds of thousands of patriots.

I really don't see how that act violates the constitution. But I didn't read into too much either, what part of the constitution does it violate exactly?

Shiz, I mistyped, it was supposed to be 1871. Its the act that turned America from a country into a corporation. Here is one of many articles you can read on this: https://americannationalmilitia.com/the-organic-act-of-1871-with-notes/

According to wikipedia they repealed at least a good chunk of it 3 years later.

Well, I guess I have to do some more research, thanks for the info. This landmark court case still stands, even though it's common sense. I just wish to inform the pubic that there is precedent set for nullifying the bullshit that is yet to come.

Yeah if I'm on a jury for someone violating arrest because he didn't wear a mask or something. I'm going not guilty. Never forget there are some charges cops just add on so something will stick. Resisting an unlawful arrest becomes just resisting arrest, failing to comply with the unlawful orders becomes lawful order, contempt of cop becomes interfering with an investigation. Be wary of charges like those without anything more serious.
