According to wikipedia they repealed at least a good chunk of it 3 years later.

Well, I guess I have to do some more research, thanks for the info. This landmark court case still stands, even though it's common sense. I just wish to inform the pubic that there is precedent set for nullifying the bullshit that is yet to come.

Yeah if I'm on a jury for someone violating arrest because he didn't wear a mask or something. I'm going not guilty. Never forget there are some charges cops just add on so something will stick. Resisting an unlawful arrest becomes just resisting arrest, failing to comply with the unlawful orders becomes lawful order, contempt of cop becomes interfering with an investigation. Be wary of charges like those without anything more serious.
