So apparently, anything that goes against the constitution is null and void. Even if it is passed by congress. Looking at you Act of 1877, and 90% of the shiz to come out of congress recently. (media.patriots.win)

Jury nullification is the way to get rid of these bullshit laws. If the government realizes they can't enforce them, then they won't bother. Citizens need to stand up and become ungovernable on certain issues. The moment any gun control for example was enacted, we should have resisted it and then it would have stopped.
