I've seen people riding brand new Escalades picking up food stamps. They've got those new Jordons. Those cliche clique handbags worth more than anything I own. Enough jewelry to open a small shop. And they throw money around like they work at the US Treasury. As a poor white kid growing up I use to daydream about being a poor black kid one day.
Eh, it's somewhere in between. Could have been worded alot better... but there is alot of truth to it. I still live two blocks down from the hood and it's brand new cars all fucking day and the latest name brand clothes. It's in no way exclusive to skin color though, plenty of "poor" whites mixed in.
Black people are probably the most upset about delayed stimulus because they are on average significantly poorer than the average white american.
