I was a massive Star Wars fan. After the colossal disappointment of Episode VII, I read the reviews on Episode VIII and decided to not see it in theaters. I still haven't seen VIII or IX to this day, and honestly have no desire to.
I have a friend who is really into movies. He sometimes challenges me to watch horrible movies (pirated of course) and the last jedi was one. It's so unbelievably bad in every way. The worst part is the token black guy was my favorite character in the first movie, I was interested in where his character would go, but in this movie he had to take a backseat to the fat asian lesbian who rags on him the whole movie. It's still not as bad as batman vs. superman, but holy shit it's bad.
The freeing the alien race horses scene was so funny. I couldn't stop laughing. Between that and Leia as Mary Poppins flying through space, it's actually a good comedy.
