I presume the people running it may have tunneled quite a bit of that money sent to the organization to their private accounts. What is needed is for somebody to follow the money when it comes to them. Sure, the dems may destroy them now. Or they won't but will keep them in the reserve in case they are needed again.

You should try and get rid of the organization while it's less likely that they will be protected. With some luck even IRS might be useful right now. And if their reputation could be marred at least somewhat - something run by grifters who caused a hell of a lot of damage to black neighborhoods while lining their own pockets should work if it can be proven that they have - you might get fewer idiots willing to join the next similar organization, or this one if it left standing as that reserve for now but will be activated again in the future.
