Doesn’t look like they need the 2/3 of states or 2/3 of senators.

They're in a position to run through anything they want. Especially with so many republican defectors. I'm not putting anything passed them at this point.

Why don’t we use their tactics too. Let’s make Texas into 2 states with more republican senators and Florida into 2 states with more republican senators. Sometimes you just gotta use their same shit against them

As Red Fox sez... "sometimes you have to be a mother fucker so you can show other motherfuckrs that you can be a mother fucker too." I'd like to say they can't legally do that. But from Ive seen in the last 20 years.... There is no law.

Yep, at this point they can pretty much do what they want

Because republicans are whimps. We get the house senate and presidency in 2016 and we lower taxes by 2%. Democrats get the same thing in 2020 and they’re adding states and legalizing 30 mil illegals

How could the city that the federal capital sits in become a state.. Its federal territory for a good fucking reason!

The mayor wants it to be a state. It will be on Biden’s desk in a week

Well, I would say according to the Constitution, but under the circumstances let's just say, without Ratification (and I am pretty sure they would need to UnIncorporate🤔), it would be no more legal than a Biden Presidency!..🐸🇺🇸
