You could really have a lot of fun with this question under oath, I think. Essentially every word in that question lacks a precise definition in context. They basically demand that you fill in the meanings yourself in order to self incriminate.

I'm not a lawyer, but I am a pedantic as fuck engineer, and I would probably be willing to get held in contempt of court for the shear autistic pleasure of perseverating on this one.
