You do not think the NSA has been, or at the very least, will begin to spy on all US citizens, but at the same time, acknowledge government is prone to abuse power. Interesting.
"every 13 year old on the internet." Those must be some based 13 y/o's. Patriot Act was introduced in 2001. They were not even born until 7 years later. They grew up with a smart phone in their hand at age 5. Addicted to social media & no concept of what giving up privacy for security/ease-of-use means.
