So patriots storm the capital. Petition their legislators in person. Make it explicit that they are fed up with the status quo and want change. And the government's response isn't to listen. They don't try to negotiate or understand what their constituents grievances are. Instead, they clamp down hard and then put plans in motion to lock you up for simply saying that you disagree.
