And this is why I've been arguing for 13th amendment reform.
Section 1. Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.
Section 2. Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.[1]
You can threaten to charge them with another crime of something they did in prison to keep them in prison longer for labor. It explains why the wardens of private prisons are so awful to prisoners and to get them to do shit that will make them have more prison time, and incentivizes getting the prisoners to do shit to get them more time to get cheap labor.
Than he went crazy, decided to run for president, had a mental breakdown (again), now Kim wants to leave him and he's currently MIA.
I know being schizo is what makes Kanye him, but he really is a big thinker and could go far politically if not for the mental stuff. Than again I say the same thing about myself.
I don't have a problem with that clause, but I definitely think it needs to be disciplined and restricted to public good projects, e.g., separating trash from recycling.
Well why not hire Americans that are in need of work? We have more people than we have jobs by more than twice as many people as there are jobs. And honestly, I can tell you that WM just sends it all to China regardless and when China lowered the price they were willing to pay for recycleables, WM hiked their cost of service without warning.

It wouldn't take much to go Cardinal Richelieu all up in their ass. It becomes self-sustaining at that point.
