Seriously though. Liberals all band together and sued Trump immediately when he blocked people from his Twitter.

Disabling comments is limiting our freedom of speech. This is literally why the First amendment was written.

Lawyers In here, please explain how we can file lawsuits on against the Biden administration for violating our first amendment.

We then all need to file as many as we can in masses.

Tell me where to start. I am game.

I imagine bringing the case where Trump was sued for this on Twitter; would be the basis for a case; probably a class action, with remedy being the reinstatement of public comments on all of Biden's or Presidential accounts.

If the courts don't force YouTube/Google to allow us to comment on government accounts tied to Biden, well, then we have an open door to publicly broadcast their bias and red pill some more normies.

We MUST take ground from the libtard machine; and one of the only way's we're gonna be able to do that is by forcing them to either play their own games, or show the world their hypocrocy. Even if we don't win, we'd be gaining ground, and keeping them busy defending themselves over their own retardation.

The only thing they can do is point out the absurdity and pretend like they didn't literally just do this themselves.

Meddlesom 9 points ago +9 / -0

I wouldn't say they banded together... they have filthy rich benefactors whose entire goal in life is to overthrow governments and usher in the new world order. We don't have that.

I thought that you people don't like using the enemies tactics.

And also why now.

It's too late.

They have the country.

Dominion will win every election from now on.

8
Trump4WorldPresident 8 points ago +9 / -1

You don't use immoral enemy tactics. Cheating is immoral. Using court precedent is not.

1
LurkerMcLurkface 1 point ago +1 / -0

And how has that been working out for us these past 40 years? It’s a big reason why we’re in this spot.

Morality is important but when your enemy has none, then we shouldn’t either.

1
PieceOfParchment7 1 point ago +1 / -0

Cheating does not exist in War.

4
ICantREEEE 4 points ago +5 / -1

We need to do everything they did to Trump and then some. Expose every double standard.

3
PieceOfParchment7 3 points ago +3 / -0

The right doesn't band together.

The right are individuals.

42
Aluminoti 42 points ago +42 / -0

Why would they block 80 million positive comments. Everybody loves joe

39
illiac-iv 39 points ago +39 / -0

Good point. Comment section could be seen as constitutional right to petition. Turning off comments could be seen as them not even trying anymore. Quite amazing how stupid or arrogant or desperate those failed windbags are.

34
Conservativechick 34 points ago +34 / -0

I found the supposed First amendment supporting “ organization from Columbia University that sued on behalf of the Twitter users. I am going to contact them and ask them to sue on behalf of all of those (including myself) whose comments were deleted. If they refuse, I will send it to Fox and OANN to publicize.

13
Abforex [S] 13 points ago +13 / -0

This! Excellent work. Let us know how we can help.

11
VinnyMAGA 11 points ago +12 / -1

Fuck Fox. How many times do we have to say it? They're CNN lite.

5
DiscoverAFire 5 points ago +5 / -0

Well done. Force them to admit they are partisan OR force them to go after Biden. Nicely played, be sure to post here if you need help.

5
Kerfluffles 5 points ago +5 / -0

Have you contacted them yet? Not only does it stifle the voices of the 75 million who didn't vote for him, but it also silences the "82 million" that support him.

(We all know Biden does not have 82 million supporters but at the angle where Trump solely blocked 1 user, the White House has essentially blocked 157 million+ users)

1
NuclearRocks1 1 point ago +3 / -2

🥴 Good luck

33
Diana 33 points ago +33 / -0

Yeah, all the comments are removed again. They don't want the public seeing how people really feel about the Commander in Cheat.

You can still downvote:

Pukeahontas 16 points ago +16 / -0

Dems are way above in this game. The Republican party/GOP and their allied organisations/groups with interest etc need to do all this, but lets be honest there is no one doing any of this, the GOP is fast asleep and has embarrassed a lot of its voters by their action in the last 2 months including allowing the steal, and being opposed to Trump.. only TX AG has said he will file suits against unconstitutional EOs...totally a coincidence, he is being investigated for security fraud by FBI. Rest of them are all silent. Many GOP governors have already caved and even attended PedoHoe's swearing in. Maybe FL and TX will put up a fight

When Trump was in office the democrat establishment was aided by all kinds of rats like SPLC, ACLU were all over it.

Don't know if you noticed, but hundreds of left-wing activist groups have spent the last decade becoming enriched through politically-based money laundering schemes. Several of these--usually named "civil liberty" something--were created just to be "on go" for triggering lawsuits.

This is one of the reasons the left has control of all 3 branches right now, and why we're just bitching about it on social media.

Already, I see and sense an "easing back" of conservatives with that old "we'll get them in two or four years" mentality, when we should be poised and ready to pounce in the same way they attempted to shackle the greatest President in centuries!

If you really want to do something, start a non-profit that focuses on holding their feet to the fire. Find legit conservative orgs that have lots of attorneys, especially those who actually know the Constitution.

The good news is that, as long as the judges are reasonable (heh), the Constitution is on our side.

good question

8
Nowsthetime 8 points ago +8 / -0

Yep. Someone has to do it.

4
VinnyMAGA 4 points ago +4 / -0

Last I heard someone posted here that the comments were all open again.

Trump wasn't allowed to block users on Twitter no way Pedo Joe can do this.

5
AslanFan 5 points ago +5 / -0

Heh...dream on, little dreamer. You're in the new DEMOCRACY now!

3
VinnyMAGA 3 points ago +3 / -0

I'm not an illegal immigrant. Don't call me a dreamer. Kek

1
colinoscopy 1 point ago +1 / -0

They can't block users but youtube can disable your account if they feel inclined

1
VinnyMAGA 1 point ago +1 / -0

But that's not what this post is about so what's your point?

4
redundantrope 4 points ago +4 / -0

Where is xidens twitter account. same goes.

4
benjamin_spankline 4 points ago +4 / -0

Where’s the Knight First Amendment Institute?

3
deleted 3 points ago +4 / -1
6
Conservativechick 6 points ago +6 / -0

It’s the official White House YouTube channel. It is the White House which is blocking the comments, not YouTube

3
niconicoreeee 3 points ago +3 / -0

Back in the old days, people could just ignore the comment sections as a bunch of crazy trollbois. But the amount of truthbomb subtle redpill savagery is now too much to handle LMAO

3
Nowanoutlaw 3 points ago +3 / -0

Because we don't have soros funding us. And all the corrupt judges would refuse to hear the case. The legal system is no longer a cure for what is happening. The sooner we wake up to that the sooner we can begin to rid our society of the scum that has risen to the top of the swamp.

3
Bullet3250 3 points ago +3 / -0

Because the EGOP is more of 'Jr. Varsity Democrat Party' then we realize.

1
Meddlesom 1 point ago +1 / -0

The GOP exists only to give us serfs the illusion of choice.

3
Beat_to_Quarters 3 points ago +3 / -0

Because the points are made up and the rules don't matter. Trump wasnt allowed to block trolls from his Twitter because he's a government offical, but Twitter and every major social media platform can ban the President of the United States directly. So no one can comment. Lol what.

2
WindyCityBluez 2 points ago +2 / -0

The right doesn't have their shit together. The left is full of bad ideas, so all their effort is spent on brainwashing and cheating

2

It needs to ne done! Sue these commies

2
thenotfakepaul 2 points ago +2 / -0

Because the republican lawfare operation absolutely sucks.

2
PepeIsAPatriot 2 points ago +2 / -0

I'm with you! All we need is a willing and compliant judge. Someone on the 6th circuit must be willing to throw down the gauntlet for freedom!

3
geocitiesuser 3 points ago +3 / -0

It is very unfortunate that law is partisan.

There is no such thing as a non partisan judge. They are all overtly Dem or Rep. This is a problem in the legal system.

1
AslanFan 1 point ago +1 / -0

Don't look for them in any of the swing states...

1
mailinvoter 1 point ago +1 / -0

A better question... Why is there an illegitimate president sitting in the oval office?

1
Ironlabel1 1 point ago +1 / -0

What good would it do? They break laws all the time. Rules for thee not for me. It’s gonna take some ultra wealthy person to sue for that and even have a slight chance. We are nothing but slaves

1
Trump4WorldPresident 1 point ago +2 / -1

Why aren't you? Be the change you want to see

1
Dallasguy 1 point ago +1 / -0

Because you guys are going to sit around waiting for someone else to do it.

1
Baldeagle8 1 point ago +1 / -0

Heaven forbid they can't handle a little questioning the authority?? That's the problem, they are pampered by the media, so they have thin skin. Us Trumpers are battle hardened and can stand up to any words thrown at us.

1
LameNRG 1 point ago +1 / -0

We don’t have large corporations, foreign governments, or the wealthy funding us.

1
BloodDe 1 point ago +2 / -1

Because nobody cares about Biden?

Just a hunch

1
quantum-step 1 point ago +1 / -0

Because laws only apply to poor people.

Sue? The courts are compromised

1
dm502 1 point ago +1 / -0

What Biden people? Several dozen of them?

1
schiff_for_brains 1 point ago +1 / -0

Probably because everybody is banned, not just select people.

1
Meddlesom 1 point ago +1 / -0

...because we don't have Soros money to throw at every fight?

1
mrmrmrj 1 point ago +1 / -0

Because no one cares about commenting on Biden WH videos.

1
DonnyBoiii 1 point ago +1 / -0

Because that would imply we believe in the court systems anymore.

No standing as no living Americans planned to comment anyway.

If you read my comment you can see I am asking how the process works and for a lawyer to explain it, so that I/we can.

Thanks for playing. Next...
