Don't know if you noticed, but hundreds of left-wing activist groups have spent the last decade becoming enriched through politically-based money laundering schemes. Several of these--usually named "civil liberty" something--were created just to be "on go" for triggering lawsuits.
This is one of the reasons the left has control of all 3 branches right now, and why we're just bitching about it on social media.
Already, I see and sense an "easing back" of conservatives with that old "we'll get them in two or four years" mentality, when we should be poised and ready to pounce in the same way they attempted to shackle the greatest President in centuries!
If you really want to do something, start a non-profit that focuses on holding their feet to the fire. Find legit conservative orgs that have lots of attorneys, especially those who actually know the Constitution.
The good news is that, as long as the judges are reasonable (heh), the Constitution is on our side.
