This is a bit off topic, but you guys ever run across an ASMR video on YT. That is very, very strange. One chick had yellow foods spread out on a table, mostly candies, and she slowly opened and ate the foods for the crinkle and chewing noises. She did several colors of food. Another woman whispered into a microphone and tapped her fingernails on it. I know it's a relaxation thing, I don't really find it relaxing, but there are thousands of videos of it. I'm sure there are studies and some people need it to sleep. I can't help but think it comes from problematic things in society, like too much social media and overstimulation. I'm 57 and I sleep just fine without it. I didn't grow up with computers or social media. xoxo
