we've watched looters, arsonists, fraudulent elections, insider trading, lying media, censorship of opinion, bribery, abuse of power, sham impeachments, policy that directly destroys people's lives...this has to stop. if we can't depend on the justice system, then we no choice. we have to put relentless pressure on these people to dispense proper justice. the problem in DC is they do not fear consequences for their actions. They must learn there will be consequences.

In his book "Machinery of Freedom", Friedman argued how a private justice system would work. At this point, it's clear that the government justice system is unreliable and unaccountable, it got me thinking about that book again. We need market mechanisms to hold the justice system accountable, clearly the state mechanisms don't work.
