Well, I'm saying that smartest, most aggressive lawyers will be making this case and start WINNING now or very soon.
Then it becomes a total wave of appeals, wrongful arrests, etc.
It's getting that 1st case through and on the books.
Worth it to persue IMMEDIATELY.
Possible defense tactics:
Bringing in a FLl€KING computer into court and asking the judge, or bailiff, or other expert to show me the evidence on it. Actual computer allegedly used.
Then legally have an "expert Information Technology Professional", some 15 year old hack the thing right there. "Case closed." "All charges dropped." "Dismissed."
