I can honestly say I have not watched Fox a second since election night and it feels good.
Same here.
Turning off 99% of news and soc media feels incredible. I'm a much happier person since.
Now I only check it when I'm looking for something, and do so in places where there's low noise.
I wonder how long they will hold out before pulling the plug altogether.
