I watched again. Watch it again. The flag in the background doesn’t glitch, only he does. It is so fast it looks like the background almost does it but it’s only him.
I watched it several times. It's not just him, I told you 2 different spots to look at. The flag, and the pillar right next to his arm on the right side of the video. I'm looking at it on a giant monitor as well.
I noticed the flag is in the background unchanged just the tip of it flown away. Then the pillar you say is the space between the pillars that becomes filled with something metal looking.

Obama doesn’t disappear, if you look near the top of the screen you’ll notice that all the colors and pixels get dragged all the way down the screen. The tree branches extend all the way down, the brown color in the middle is from Obama’s head makes it look like a door behind him but it’s actually just his head being stretched to the bottom of the screen.
(Remember none of this matters because they can claim they have to do it for their safety because they have created the lie about white supremacy extremists.)
Edit: O.P is blind the whole image drips/slid/drops downwards. The whole image is distorted.
Everything and everyone is fake nowadays. You have to hunt for just a smiggen of truth and even if you think you found it, guess again and don't run with it.

Lol I do wear glasses. But I see very little distortion in the background and just Obama turn into a giant sausage.
