Badly misleading headline (nationalfile.com's fault not OP's fault!).. Lancet retracted the study described here in June 2020. The confused tenses and "as Biden became president" in the headline is simply false clickbait. Nothing new happened since the 20th.
It's like some news hack writing a headline saying "As Biden became President the twin towers were attacked."
It makes the 9,999 other claims that are legit go by the wayside because they will claim "oh those guys are a bunch of liars, here's one example out of 1000to prove this"
