I’m a train mechanic/engineer, and to be honest not so much as even a drop of oil gets spilled. There are extremely strict regulations on the trains and repair shops. The only trains polluting by air are the older trains. They have banned the old 12 and 16 cylinder two strokes and now they only run 4 strokes with MASSIVE catalytic converters and they are a total pain in the ass. Please do some research before you slight the rail road
