If guys want to masquerade as girls, then the women (real, made-by-God women) should, every day, go into any male rest room or locker room, and the moment a guy whips out their block and tackle, point and laugh.

It goes both ways. Men should go into women's locker rooms and pretend to be on the phone with someone and say things like "oh I'm getting changed in the locker room at the gym. I'll be on my way in about 15 minutes. You wouldn't believe how many fat women come to this gym.. I mean I appreciate their efforts but I don't think the gym is going to help them."
And to make it worse, if any women confront you or look at you over what you say (and not just because you are a man in the women's locker room) you tell them "Oh, I wasn't talking about you. You look okay.". Then look away and make a disgusted face.
