Obama changed the way Executive Orders were used. Remember when he first got in and said he could not change immigration laws--that it needed to be done by Congress? Congress was too political to make their support such a visible thing, so between Executive Orders and activist judges they were able to change the law without holding politicians accountable. A run around the system. Needs to stop.
