This makes the third administration (this one being the fraudulency) in a row that is basically relying on executive orders. Congress needs to get itself together and start passing laws and doing its job. They have delegated most of their responsibilities over to a permanent bureaucracy. The rest of the responsibilities are being taken over by presidential executive orders. It's time Congress stopped all the partisan bickering, the insider trading and all the media circuses and focused on their jobs.
