When I think of third party, I think of Ross Perot. Or Teddy Roosevelt's Bull Moose Party, which put progressive Woodrow Wilson in the White House.
The ticket seems to be to take over the Republican Party and primary/kick out the RINOs. Then rename and re-brand the party.
The more I think about it, the more sense it makes to go that route.
I just want to destroy the Republican party and worry about the rest later. There is nothing left to lose. But I do know I don't want ther to be a Republican party anymore.

Exactly, I have been saying the same thing. The GOP does not have 80M voters for president. Only Trump. He needs to leads this. I will look for his signal. He may decide to try and reform the GOP like Bannon thinks but that is the wrong move. The Donald and then Don Jr. need to take this and the deplorable back to the White House for 3 consecutive terms and that will kill off the GOP. IMHO, the dems then will begin to moderate to achieve power again. But I'm betting a lot of dems will flock to the Patriot Party. America First is the rallying cry!

How many of the 80 million followers are lifelong Republicans who held their nose and voted for him even though they didn't like him too much? There are many that vote Republican, no matter who it is, just because that's what they have always done. That's why people like McConnell get re-elected over and over again.
Yeah, so, what's the point. My point is that the GOP hasn't been worthy of our vote for a very long time. Not saying there aren't worthy GOP leaders out there. We can all name a few. When Trump forms the Patriot Party they ought to jump ship. A few presidential cycles of Patriot win and the GOP will be history. Punish them for what they did is the only way forward and I sincerely hope Trump takes it.

We all need to stand together. Stand ready for when Trump issues a call to action in the formation of the party. I'll even get involved in my state. But I envision top down action with bottom up coming along more slowly. Kill the GOP at the top. Trump and his family are the only ones that the deplorable will rally around. If he opts out, we're all sunk. There is no one else.
Supporting Republicans is too. So what is there to do. Can never support them agian. The knife they shoved in my back and then started to twist is still there. With every passing day there continued traitorous actions push that knife deeper and deeper.

Thats what I'm saying. If there is integrity built into the rules and punishment for breaking them a new party may be the only answer. But if its gonna be more of the same why bother.

I'm not voting GOP again at any level. I'm done being lied to. My congressman and senator didn't stand, therefore, they are complicit in the coup. We're living under a regime right now, not an administration. Waiting on Trump to do something like announce a third party then I'm in. Bannon will acquiesce and follow. I think he's wrong on this point.
I agree. It would be easier to beat the Rinos in the primaries than in the General Elections.
