I have heard that he was also responsible for the "security breach" that got Scalise shot. But this is based on a bracelet someone said the officer was wearing, so I'm not sure how accurate.

I saw the photo with the bracelet comparison. They sure look the same, right down to the pattern of the beads on them. I hope his name is leaked by someone soon. Everyone working in the Capitol Police know who this guy is. All it would take is one anonymous leak.
