It would make a foreign invasion extremely easy. Knock out the power grid, and people won’t be able to communicate, they won’t be able to see any news, they won’t be able to drive anywhere, they will all be fairly helpless if foreign troops ever land on our shores.

This is why I converted my Diesel truck in to an off grid home with a lithium iron phosphate battery, a solar rack and alternator charging from the engine. I EGR+ DPF deleted my Duramax LMM engine so I can run on biofuel when the time comes or when fuel prices skyrocket, and I'm unaffected by the China owned power grid. I run a custom desktop PC inside, r21 house insulation with wood slated walls, a vinyl floor and shower in the back with fresh/grey water. I'm prepared to go to war motherfuckers. Rely only on yourself and your surroundings.
If we ever get into a war with China Xi will probably just flick a switch and cripple the American power grid on day one
