I was able to go to my bank and do a cash advance of up to $2500 each day until i had wiped my card clean. I ended up with the full amount in my bank account by the end having paid zero fees.
The whole time i was wondering what crooked politician or bureaucrat is getting some massive kickback for deciding to push the billions in stimulus payments through VISA. Imagine the interest that VISA is earning by gaining interest on all the holdings! Insane!

I got the first stimulus via direct deposit. For #2 They decided to send me a debit card with it all on there. No clue why.
