I am however willing enough to roleplay with the ones who admit that, and don't try to force others to pretend that they are actual women, but just settle for being left alone and allowed to play their game while admitting to their sex when it really matters. Public bathrooms are bit of a question, but let's face it, there has not been much of a problem ever when it has been somebody who looks like a woman and just uses the stall for its purpose, not harassing anybody, it's not as if you could start DNA testing before allowing somebody in.
If this wasn't now encouraged there wouldn't be that many of them anyway, even now they are a very small minority, so not a big problem except for the damn politics being played with them.
But stuff like dating, hospitals, sports... don't lie about it even if you have gotten enough done that you look like a real woman on the outside. Accept what you are, a messed up individual, and learn to deal with that. Get help, real help, but if that doesn't work and help you accept your sex, then LARP if that makes you happy, but acknowledge it is just that. LARPing.

It's none of my business. If you want to make yourself look absurd that's your problem. If you're not touching kids or peeping people in the bathroom I don't get the huge issue with it.
That's one of the problems with a free country is no matter what side of the aisle you're on there's a bunch of assholes attacking other people's choices who seem to think they should be able to ban those choices based on their personal feelings about it.
