496 Robert H. Richards IV admitted to raping his three-year-old daughter in 2005 and did not serve a day in prison. The prosecutor who approved of it was the son of Joe Biden, Beau Biden. Richards admitted while on probation in April 2010 that he had also sexually abused his son.
