If someone can't be verified as a resident of the State or have United States Documentation, they need to be considered as illegal immigrants and arrested on the spot. Once x amount has been arrested, they need to be taken to the border and kicked out.
ALL states need to adopt this so they don't run to California then spread.
This is a loss of freedom, but it's one that has to be done at this point to stop a bigger evil.
